We want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes and gear in original condition. If your new equipment isn't the perfect fit for your cycling goals, we are committed to making the exchange process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that bikes are disassembled as they arrived and all components are padded for protection.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping markers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed at our warehouse.
